Madison had her very-first-ever soccer game on Monday, October 6th. She chose to be the number jersey that she is. We had arrived to practice last week and I was rummaging through the smallest sized jerseys left and gave her a choice. "Madison, would you like to be number one or number four?" Madison's response, from across the field, with attitude, "Mo-om, I want to be number one!"
