Georgia was a unique place to live. It was definitely "the South" with the slower pace of life. But, there were also some challenges living in an area so different from the rest of the country. While we were there, we were able to have some great friends, though. The night before we headed out, we visited two of our closests ones. It'll be fun to run into them again. And, you never know how soon that might be.
We were blessed to have another Georgia family stop by D.C. during a road trip and we met them for dinner! Very exciting for us!

We sure miss you and your family! Hopefully we'll get to visit you during your tenure in DC. And let us know when you're back in the south!
My Dad always told me some of the best friends you will ever meet will be the ones you meet in a small town. Some of the best friends I ever met was when I lived in Vernal, UT. Hopefully your new home is treating you well.
