Allison's 11th Birthday

Allison didn't have to "get up early" and get ready for church. She was very relieved about this. (After the night before that Jeremy and I had, we were tired and/or too drugged...see last post). They all spent the day watching movies and playing around the house. Jeremy made fried rice and Ghiradelli chocolate brownies for Allison's requested dinner and birthday dessert. Allison got some great presents: shirts from Justice, pink sparkly high-top shoes, jewelry (including a mood ring), money, a much requested telescope, and a couple books to help her with the telecope and the constellations. She's looking forward to using all of them!

It's lame that women get stones too, it should only be for the men because they don't experience childbirth, right!! Your Valentine's meal looks so delicious! Jeremy earned his Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Sarah earned hers in Child and Family Development. Jeremy spent a total of 13 years with the Army. Jeremy recently graduated with a Master's in International Affairs from American University. He speaks Spanish and Malay. He goes to work at his "dream job" which he's been with for almost 8 years. Sarah taught preschool after her degree and then became a "stay-at-home" mom (yeah, right!). She is the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, etc. of everything related to the family. This is our ninth house (ID, MO, KY, TX, KY, CA, GA, VA, SG). We are now six: Jeremy, Sarah, Allison, Madison, Parker, and McKenna. We stay busy in Singapore! We like to soak up all the adventures of the places around us and deal with the ones we are given!

When I Die...
