All is fine. She was surprisingly good with all the hospital providers talking to her...for one who doesn't like "other" people! The cut is healing well and did not need stitches. Normally they would have put glue (I'm assuming they meant to professionally say "DuraBond") on to help it, but it is too close to the eye. As you can see, she's already got a black eye going! Not bad for the first trip to the ER and at 21 months!

McKenna's First ER Visit
Sarah, Parker and McKenna went to a playgroup today while Jeremy and the girls were down in D.C. McKenna was standing in the "wrong place at the wrong time" when a toy went flying through the air. She had a good cut, but not a deep gash, so we decided to visit the ER just in case.

All is fine. She was surprisingly good with all the hospital providers talking to her...for one who doesn't like "other" people! The cut is healing well and did not need stitches.
