This is a friend of ours from San Diego. He really had just a one-day conference and we got together for dinner and dessert.
The last time we saw each other was when we moved away, just three months before Parker was born, and headed off to Georgia. He and his wife are the same ages as us. There was a third couple that we were "partners in crime" together with (always knowing great fun was going to be had when together) that were also the same age. Between the three of us, we all had two girls (at the time) that were around the same ages and we went to church together. We definitely miss being around them all!
