Update From Malaysia

Well, it is time for another update from Malaysia.  We have been receiving briefs from various high level government and corporate officials pertaining to Malaysian development, culture, and security.  We visited Malaysia's Parliment (like our Congress) and were briefed by every political party in the government.  We even met Anwar Ibrahim (like meeting Nancy Pelosi), the oppositions challenger in the next elections for Prime Minister.  We even watched a press conference afterwards that we ended up reading about in the papers the next day.

Needless to say the food has been great hear...and cheap!!  You can choose between Indian, Chinese, Malay, or a variety of American restaurants as well.

We did some local sight seeing to include a mosque, a buddist temple, and the largest Hindu shrine in SE Asia.

We also had the opportunity to visit the Petronas Towers.  This used to be the tallest building in SE Asia and is currently the tallest twin tower structure in the world.
