Madison and her parents are the owners of a partial set of braces, as of this morning. Madison's permament teeth started to come in larger than anyone expected. It did not leave much room for the two teeth that are located next to the two big, front teeth. Once they finally decided to come in, they came in high and were going to get "stuck." So, for many months, we have been expanding the roof of her mouth. Once there was enough room, we let them "settle" on their own. Now, we have the braces on to help maneuver them into place and straighten them out a little. She will still need full braces for all the teeth in a few years.
WARNING/DISCLAIMER: You will see pictures of the inside of Madison's mouth down below!
